SIMOTION P is ideally suited to harsh environments thanks to the design of the IPC, which dispenses with rotating parts such as fans or hard drives. With its wide range of PLC and Motion Control functions, SIMOTION P is extremely versatile – and, due to the openness of the Windows operating system, can also be easily integrated. What's more, thanks to the latest PC process architecture and cycle times of 0.250 ms with PROFINET IRT, SIMOTION P provides high performance. In the ultra-compact Embedded version, SIMOTION P boasts a powerful Intel Core i3 processor and fan-free operation. The Windows Embedded Standard 7 operating system allows for optimum connection to the environment. The Embedded version deploys an internal CFast storage medium and can also be used headlessly without a display.
