The rugged motor starters with a high degree of protection for PROFIBUS/PROFINET communication are easy to configure and, thanks to the modular starter concept and pre-assembled cables, they can be installed and commissioned quickly without any errors. Fast and economical replacement of devices is possible during servicing thanks to modularity and automatic re-parameterization. The integration of associated sensors is supported. The use of the devices increases the availability of the plant thanks to the comprehensive diagnostics concept and sophisticated plant monitoring. The Motor Starter ES software is available for configuration, commissioning, operation and diagnostics. PROFIenergy supports active and efficient energy management. The motor starters are approved for worldwide use (e.g. IEC and UL/CSA) and are IE3/IE4-ready.
Available as direct-on-line or reversing starter with various motor current ranges, optionally electromechanical or electronic switching, optionally with brake control or local operator panel.
A communication module for communication via PROFINET or PROFIBUS is additionally required. An extensive range of accessories, such as pre-assembled cables, suitable for all M200D motor starters, is available.
